Ashtanga Yoga Kit

Many yogis identify Ashtanga Yoga as one of the strictest and hardest practices in the yogic landscape. For this reason, we have created a kit that will allow the practitioner starting in this practice to get off on the right foot.

Being a very intense style, Ashtanga requires a yoga mat that provides a very high grip, even in case of profuse sweating (which is almost always a constant in this style of yoga): our Element Grow is the most loved by Ashtanga practitioners because of its exceptional grip, very high stability, and 4mm thickness, ideal for maintaining balance in the most difficult positions without sacrificing comfort.

To complete the kit, we have included the Grippy Boo towel, made of bamboo microfiber. Designed to be placed on top of the mat when you start to sweat intensely, the towel will stay firmly in place thanks to the non-slip on the entire bottom surface. By absorbing sweat, the bamboo microfiber will provide stability for hands and feet while easing transitions with optimal smoothness.
