Hatha Yoga Kit

Hatha yoga is one of the most popular Yoga styles around the world. It is the type of Yoga with which many people approach Yoga and start practicing: it is not a very intense style and requires no special equipment to practice it.

Since those who are approaching Hatha are probably new to the world of Yoga (and therefore, probably not yet as flexible as experienced Yogis), we have added 2 ReBlock cork blocks to the kit, which you can use to be more stable in certain positions if your elasticity does not yet allow for comfort (for example, in touching your toes).

To complete the kit, you will also find our mat holder lanyard, handcrafted in Italy, the most essential of accessories for carrying the Free Light mat.
