Returns and refunds

ReYoga accepts returns up to 14 days from the delivery date of your order as stated in the Italian Consumer law: Decreto Legislativo 2 Febbraio 2014, n.21 – Diritti dei consumatori.
To request a return, you have to fill out our Product Return Form (button below) within 14 days of the reception (delivery date) of your order and ship the products within another 14 days.

You are responsible for the goods until they arrive at our warehouse and no refund will be made until they are received. We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number.
Make sure to use the original packaging or an ideal packaging to avoid transport damage.

No refunds will be issued before the arrival and inspection of the products.

ReYoga reserves the right to decline refunds in full or partially for products that have been used (and present visible signs of usage), changed, or damaged , (Art. 57 comma 2 del DL. 21 febbraio 2014, n. 21).

ReYoga offers the possibility to organize return shipping for youand hereby takes responsibility for the correct arrival of the package once it was successfully picked up by our courier. This optional return shipping service has a cost of 9,90 EURO which will be deducted from your refund or voucher.

To initiate this option, simply select it in the return form.

Return Form

For all returns, you can choose whether you want to receive a refund or a voucher to use for your next order / to exchange the product.
Once the goods have been delivered to us, we will assess their condition, then inform you of the method of reimbursement, either by e-mail or by telephone, which will take place depending on the method of payment chosen at the time of purchase, no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

To exchange a product a voucher will be issued which can be used to order a different product. Re Yoga cannot process direct exchanges.
The return shipping service is free for products that arrived with a production error or when we shipped the wrong product, color, or size.

Gift Cards and customized products purchased on www.reyoga.it or any subdomain cannot be returned or refunded.

When purchasing virtual products, the customer has the right to revoke the purchase contract with ReYoga Srl S.B. within 14 days from the order date, without giving any reason.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, ReYoga must be informed in writing, by means of a clear statement that the customer exercises his right of withdrawal and wishes to revoke this contract by e-mail to shop@reyoga.it.

ReYoga accepts returns up to 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
All return costs from Switzerland or the Unitek Kingdom, shipping, including customs duties and any taxes, have to be paid by the customer.
Shipping costs or customs duties paid by the customer at the time of receiving the order are not refunded. We do not accept returns for customized products except for manufacturing defects.

The customer will be fully responsible for verifying that all applicable duties and taxes are charged directly to them. If ReYoga is asked to pay for duties or taxes upon arrival of the returned goods, we will deduct them from the amount to be refunded.

The customer is responsible for the goods until they arrive at our warehouse. We strongly recommend that you return the package with a tracking number so that the courier can assist in case of problems.
We reserve the right to assess the item that it is not damaged or tampered with and that it is in perfect condition, otherwise the value of the product will be devalued. We recommend to send the item back in its original packaging.
