Kit Meditazione

Meditation is one of the most interesting aspects of the Yogic philosophy: it requires holding static positions for a long period so that the mind can expand freely into the cosmos.

This turns out to be a bit difficult, however, if the body is in an uncomfortable position or, even worse, feels pain! That is why we have come up with a kit suitable for all meditative yoga practices, consisting of a free SOFT 6mm yoga mat, a ReZafu cushion, and a Mini Pillow eye pillow.

The 6mm-thick Free Soft mat reduces joint contact with the ground while providing excellent insulation and unparalleled comfort.

The ReZafu pillow allows comfortable sitting at various height levels to make sitting meditative practices more relaxing. Completely removable, it is filled with Italian, organic, de-dusted, and sanitized spelled chaff enclosed in a cotton cover.

Finally, the Mini Pillow eye pillow is an excellent ally for relaxation and meditation. It can be used at room temperature, heated, or cooled. It consists of a cotton outer pillowcase and an inner pillowcase, also made of cotton, filled with organic flax seeds and lavender flowers from the Sibillini Mountains.
